We are now looking for temporary kitchen staff at Nytida Yxe Herrgård starting from January 2026 and summer positions from June to August 2026.

About Nytida Yxe Herrgård

Yxe Herrgård was established in 1984 and has 50 places for individuals over 18 years old with substance abuse and mental disabilities. There are 30 places at Yxe Herrgård, and the remaining 20 places are in our transition housing located in central Lindesberg and Nora.

At Yxe Herrgård, we offer care and treatment based on an individual, cognitive approach in a safe and homely environment – with the person at the center. Yxe Herrgård provides treatments, assessments, medication consultations, recreation, therapy sessions with various focuses, as well as ADL and social training, individually tailored activities, and housing in different stages.

At Yxe Herrgård, about 30 employees work, and you will be part of a kitchen team with four permanent staff. The kitchen prepares approximately 50 meals daily. Working hours are scheduled during the day on weekdays and weekends.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who apply to us:

- are attracted to a varied job where you meet people at different stages of life. - are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility. - have at least 3 years of experience in kitchen work.

Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also advantageous as ordering is part of the job. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
